Leading the way in coolant recycling

Industrial Coolant Recycling Vacuums

Freddy products manufacture a range of industrial coolant recycling vacuums.  Specifically designed to reduce coolant disposal through recycling, the Freddy industrial coolant vacuums reduce waste, prevent potential health hazards and associated costs.

If you need a vacuum for a wet application, such as a swarf vacuum, or a drum top vacuum, we also offer a range of industrial wet use vacuums.

We also offer industrial dry vacuums, including ATEX rated vacuums, and HEPA vacuums.

Below is a selection of the industrial vacuums we offer, but if you need any assistance, please call us on 01386 561113, send us a tweet @Freddyproducts or send an email to hello@freddy-products.co.uk

As the name suggests, the new Micro is a compact coolant recycling system, designed and manufactured in the UK.  Designed and built to the high standards and specifications that has made the Freddy range a trusted name, the Freddy Micro offers a new solution to your coolant recycling needs.

With a smaller footprint, a smaller 50 litre capacity, and weighing less than any previous Freddy, it offers versatility, better mobility and affordability.

Available with a 2kw motor, and either a 240v or 110v power source, the motor can generate an airflow rate of 3000m3/hr with a water in-flow rate of 238 litres per minute and an out-flow rate of 100 litres per minute.  And as with the rest of the Freddy range, fluid is filtered through filtered through a filterbag, which are available from 1000um down to 5um to ensure the Freddy Micro captures all contaminants from your machine tool.

Complete with a 38mm hose and gulper as standard, with the option to upgrade to a 51mm hose if required, as well as a 24 month warranty, the new Micro is a cost effective entry point for coolant recovery.

Freddy Tramp Oil Separator

The Freddy Tramp Oil Separator has been designed to combat the problems associated with tramp oil levels in machine tool coolant systems.  Tramp oil can cause a variety of problems both to the finished product and the operator.  The Tramp Oil Separator is easily manoeuvrable, so it can be used throughout the factory workshop, and it runs continuously so not to interfere with production, siphoning the tramp oil into the supplied collection bottle, and allowing the cleaned coolant to be returned.

KSV45 Swarf Vacuum

The Freddy KSV vacuum is a portable vacuum designed to pick up swarf.  The KSV/W is designed to pick up engineering coolant (suds), metal chippings and swarf (but not spirals). The KSV/C is designed to pick up metal chippings and swarf (but not spirals) where there is little or no liquid present.

The KSV/W has a perforated steel basket with a lifting handle sitting in the canister, so to easily empty the metal chippings and swarf.  It has a drain hose so you can easily empty the liquid from the canister.

The KSV/C has a cyclonic separator that directs the majority of the metal chippings downwards into the perforated steel basket within the canister to collect the metal chippings and swarf, and like the KSV/W has lifting handle for easy emptying.  If there is any liquid present, this can be emptied by detaching the canister from the caddy trolley.
