Erode All refurbishment
Situated in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, Erode-All was established over 20 years ago as a spark & wire erosion company but has evolved over the years into a purpose built facility to cater for motor sport requirements. With their Buckinghamshire based team of highly trained precision engineers they are capable of manufacturing the most complex of components to the tolerances and lead times required from this industry. Erode-All’s versatility and state-of-the-art machinery allows for a wide range of components to be completed in-house, such as wind tunnel, gearbox and suspension parts made from materials such as Aluminium, Titanium and metal matrix. They offer submerged wire erosion available with auto wire feed, the wire erosion shop has undertaken a broad range of work in a number of fields.
Erode-All contacted Freddy Products just before Christmas 2015 wanting an affordable solution for their ever expanding business. It was decided that a fully refurbished Superminor 3kw 240v would fulfil their needs. The machine was provided with both a 3m and 10m suction hose, and a full complement of filters so they can recycle coolant, and clean all their machinery.
